MESSANGES, nice house between village and ocean, close to the publi swimming pool. The sandy beach and the ocean are accessible on foot or by bike, come surfing or just enjoying the sun. Everything is there for a nice family holiday.
Composition: large air-conditioned main room with living room (table and chairs, sofa, TV), and kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker Senséo, combined oven/ microwave…). 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80*200) and 1 single bed (90*200), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140*200). A bathroom with bath and shower. Separate toilet. Pantry with washing machine and dryer. Partly covered terrace with garden furniture. Barbecue. Sun loungers. Baby cot.
A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER & MID MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 130€).
