Close to the Pinsolle golf course and the cycle path. On foot or by bike, you can enjoy scenic walks through the pine forest or head to the ocean. The house includes a living/dining room with TV, an open-plan kitchen equipped with hob, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150 cm) with an en-suite shower room (shower, sink, toilet). Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds in total). There is also a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a double bed (150 cm) and a balcony, and Bedroom 4 also has a double bed (150 cm). The bathroom includes a bathtub, double sink, and toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a small gate providing access to the lake. Capacity: 10 people. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price (optional: €130). A contribution to charges of €50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER & MID-MAY included.
