This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house inhabited by the owners, common access but private garden area with barbecue, garden table and chairs, parasol. It includes a living room with equipped kitchen (coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle…), separate toilet, bedroom with bed 140×190, cabin with 2 bunk beds, bathroom with shower and sink. Do not forget to close the gate at each passage. Washing machine and dryer in outdoor laundry room. Parking outside the property.

A contribution to charges of €25 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER & MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 70€).
