Includes: equipped and fitted kitchenette (hood, 4-ring ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, kettle and large refrigerator/freezer). Living room (sofa bed, TV, dining area, table + chairs), bay window giving access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror, WC. Sleeping area separated by a curtain with 2 bunk beds. Bedroom: double bed, bedside table and lamps, closet. Shared parking in the residence. Capacity: 4/6 people. A contribution to charges of 25 € per week will be requested between mid OCTOBER & mid MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 80€).
