VIEUX BOUCAU – Pleasant terraced house in a quiet area, about 2.3 km from the beach. Whether on foot or by bike, come and enjoy our beautiful region and breathe the fresh air of the Landes! The house includes a living room with a lounge area (sofas, TV), dining space, and an open-plan equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer), a bathroom with bathtub, bidet, sink, and toilet, and a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 has one double bed (140×190 cm) and a balcony; Bedroom 2 has two single beds (105×190 cm); Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90×190 cm); there is also a shower room with shower, sink, and toilet. The enclosed garden includes outdoor furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers, and a terrace. Sleeps up to 6 people. A utilities contribution of €50 per week will be requested from mid-October to mid-May (inclusive). Final cleaning is not included in the rental price (optional: €120).
