There is also a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a double bed (150 cm) and a balcony, and Bedroom 4 also has a double bed (150 cm). The bathroom includes a bathtub, double sink, and toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a small gate providing access to the lake. Capacity: 10 people. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price (optional: \u20ac130). A contribution to charges of \u20ac50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER &amp; MID-MAY included.
